Manager Reports
Daily operational summaries and employee reviews for managers
Overview
Manager reports provide a comprehensive summary of the day's operations. Managers use these reports to document sales performance, shift quality, and provide detailed performance reviews for staff members.
Filing a Manager Report
Managers should file a report for each location they oversee at the end of each operational day.
- Navigate to Reports → Manager Report.
- Select the Location, Date, and Shift.
- Enter the Total Sales for the period.
- Rate the operational performance (FOH, BOH, Support).
- Provide detailed notes for:
- Front of House observations.
- Back of House observations.
- Customer Feedback collected.
- Optimization opportunities discovered.
- Share your "1% better" suggestion for the location.
- Employee Reviews: Add performance notes for specific staff members.
- Attach operational photos if necessary.
- Publish the report or save as a Draft.
Published reports are immediately visible to the leadership team and shared via the management Slack channel.
Employee Reviews
The Employee Review section allows managers to provide specific, actionable feedback for staff members. These reviews include:
- Employee Name and Role.
- Detailed review text.
- Optional photo of the employee or their work.
Drafts and Publishing
Managers can save their work as a draft if they need to collect more information before finalizing.
- Drafts: Only visible to the authoring manager.
- Published: Finalized reports shared with the organization.
